There are two main ways for Mainland Sleep to diagnose your sleep apnea.

  1. Pulse Oximeter – a small finger probe monitor that measures your heart rate.
  2. Apnea Link – is a device which reequires your effort to breathe, as well as a finger probe monitor, and nasal prongs.
